• Collection: what identity, device, payment, message, media and behavioural data is collected?
• Purpose and sharing: is data used for moderation, personalisation, analytics, advertising or model improvement, and which providers receive it?
• Retention: are concrete periods or decision rules published for account, transaction, marketing and verification data?
• User action: can a member access, correct, export or delete data through a documented route?
• Money: are renewal, cancellation, refund and statement-descriptor terms visible before payment?
• Exceptions: does the service distinguish visible deletion from legal, fraud, tax, safety and backup retention?

This table measures disclosure, not overall product quality. A detailed policy can still describe broad processing, and a short policy can hide an otherwise usable interface. Public documents are the starting evidence; a low-risk account test is the second layer.

Which services are clearest?
