Service model and product fit
Infatuated.ai presents fictional, AI-generated characters and conversations for adults. It is closer to interactive entertainment than person-to-person dating. That can suit users looking for character creation and fantasy chat, but it should not be evaluated with the same trust signals as a dating community. There is no other verified member to meet, and generated output may not behave consistently.
The product’s privacy risk is concentrated in prompts, uploaded media and the behavioural data created by repeated use. Start with invented details and assume anything typed into the service could become part of an account, moderation or support record.
What the privacy policy says it collects
The public privacy policy says users may submit names, email addresses, purchase information, feedback, opinions and media. It also describes automatic collection of IP address, device and browser characteristics, operating system, language, referring URLs, approximate location and usage information. Those are meaningful categories: even a fictional chat can be tied to an email, device and payment event.
The policy lists service delivery, personalisation, transaction processing, communications, security, fraud prevention, analytics and enforcement among its purposes. It also describes sharing with vendors such as payment, hosting, analytics, email and customer-service providers, plus business partners and authorities where applicable. Users should therefore avoid reading “AI chat” as “local or isolated chat.”
One caution is document age and clarity. The privacy page displays a September 2024 update date even though other policy pages carry newer 2026 branding. It says information is retained while there is an ongoing business need and then deleted, anonymised or isolated in backups, but it does not provide a simple per-category retention schedule. That is less precise than a policy that states concrete periods.
Removal and complaint controls
Infatuated publishes a dedicated removal process. It asks complainants to identify the username, content, URL or screenshot, date, reason and supporting evidence, and says requests are reviewed within seven business days, with urgent safety or underage cases potentially expedited. Possible outcomes include removal, account action, a request for more evidence or a refusal where evidence is insufficient.
That route is useful for harmful or rights-violating content, but it is not the same as account deletion or a privacy erasure request. The removal policy also says moderation-related removal does not itself qualify for a refund. Keep those workflows separate: report prohibited content through the complaint route, submit personal-data requests through the privacy contact, and handle billing disputes with transaction evidence.
Payments: questions to answer at checkout
The public documents acknowledge purchases and transaction processing, but the privacy policy is not a complete consumer billing sheet. Before paying, the checkout should answer five questions in plain language: the exact amount and currency, whether the purchase is a subscription or credits, the renewal interval, the statement descriptor, and the cancellation/refund route.
If any of those details appears only after card entry, stop. Screenshot the order summary before confirmation and do not assume that deleting a character or conversation cancels a subscription. - Review profile visibility. Confirm whether created characters, galleries or activity are private, shared or discoverable.
- Test deletion with low-risk content. Create a harmless sample, delete it, log out and check whether it remains visible after signing back in.
- Locate account exit. Find the account-deletion and subscription-cancellation controls before accumulating a long history.
- Record support evidence. Save the case ID and date for any complaint, removal, access or deletion request.

Infatuated.ai can be evaluated as fictional adult AI entertainment with a documented complaint route, not as a confidential human dating channel. Its public privacy policy explains broad data categories and service-provider sharing, while the removal policy gives a concrete process and review target. The weaker area is consumer certainty around retention detail and checkout-specific billing. Use it only after the live checkout clearly identifies renewal and cancellation, and keep prompts free of real-world sensitive information.
